Return Policy

SHOE FANTASY SPORTS is happy to accept your return as long as the item is returned within 30 days and meets the requirements below.
•    The product is still in new, unworn condition as received.
•    IMPORTANT: The shoes and the shoe box must be in resalable condition for the return to be accepted.
•    The original manufacturer’s shoe box as received. No tapes or labels on the shoe box.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION:
1.    Email us at shoefantasy@gmail.com with the title:"RA REQUEST" and fill out the following info in the body of your email: Name,Order ID, and Reason for return
2.    Once your Return Request is submitted to shoefantasy@gmail.com, we will receive a notification and we will authorize the return at our discretion and we will correspond to you with further instruction or information.
3.    When you receive a notification from Shoe Fantasy Sports with a Return Authorization (RA), please print the return mailing address label and return authorization document.

HOW TO SEND BACK THE RETURN PACKAGE:
1.    Pack the unworn shoes into the original shoebox and then pack the shoebox into a shipping carton or shipping poly bag.
2.    Please include the Return Receipt that was enclosed in the original package with the return reason code marked. Take the package to nearest shipping outlet.

IMPORTANT: The customer will endure the cost to ship it back to us. There will be no reimbursement applied for returns shipping cost. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost. If customer apply shipping charges to the Sender, it will be billed back to the customer and the customer will have to pay for the cost. No exception. Any previous shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow at least 2-3 business days from receipt at our facility to process and refund the return. Funds back to your original payment may take additional 5-7 business days. 

IMPORTANT: Shoes that are received in worn condition or not in resalable condition will be inspected by Shoe Fantasy Sports returns department and evaluated at their discretion. If your return shipment does not meet to the return policy listed above and your return is rejected, it may be discarded and no refunds provided.
